Special note: Nick and Andy are now listed on TYV MySpace page as official members of the group.

ETA because I forgot: I think Ringo the cat, who showed up in one of Ryan's pictures this summer, is Z Berg's cat, or she has/knows one that looks a lot like him.

Ryan: A video-heavy week, starting with one about 3-D glasses, followed by a reference to a recording of an all-girl Juggalo mosh pit originally mentioned by Michael Runion, before wrapping up with mentions of the frozen iguanas falling out of trees on CNN, James Lipton's ant-sexting PSAs, and an echo of the sport fishing bloopers. He also pocket-tweeted then apologized for it; shared something he overheard in a bar; told us he was "depraved" as a child (I'm pretty sure he meant deprived); and joked with Greenwald about playing harmonica in Greenwald's new "band", Spooky Freckle.

Jon: As previously noted, changed his icon twice, from the distorted fun-house face picture to Megaman to a non-distorted picture of his face. He also noted that words are weird; shared a picture of his cat; mentioned he watches Roseanne and that he tried to shave but "his face said it was too cold"; quoted an episode of the Office; puzzlingly apologized for "mistweeting" someone, called "BS" on something unknown, and wished us all a Merry Christmas, though the latter one was on Epiphany, which is, in fact, Christmas in the Armenian church and is therefore possibly not all that puzzling. Anyway. He finished up with a comment about being anxious for a busy 2010.

Andy: No updates this week.

Nick: Earned himself a permanent place in my heart by quoting one of my favorite Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers songs (The Waiting); also mentioned another song by The Horrors (Scarlet Fields) and Fleetwood Mac's Tusk; mentioned a "record club" which might be a place, or, given his further conversation with someone else, might be related to Beck's music re-recording/sharing project of the same name, or some combination of those things; had some stolen 45s returned to him; and told a fan he was going to soon find out when Take a Vacation will be released. Between that and Jon Walker's "busy 2010," I'm hoping this means more music soon.

Brendon: Re-tweeted Hayley Williams (Paramore) talking about Michael C. Hall/Dexter; congratulated Shane on breaking the shit out of his iPhone cover; quoted a Shania Twain lyric (evidently from a now-lost kareoke session, more's the pity); referenced MTV's Jersey Shore (again, ugh, that show is SO AWFUL); got a shout-out in a 10th dimension video; went to Red Robin for a meal; talked about doing short films with Dallon in response to a link Dallon shared to a video of himself (Dallon) and Ian talking about cables while standing in a shower stall, and, finally, the big news, seems to have gotten a new puppy!

Her name is Penny Lane and she is either a Boston Terrier or a black and white English Bulldog. (From the actual AKC webpage for English Bulldogs: "While good at alerting their owners to danger (Look! The UPS Guy is coming!), their main role is that of lap warmer."Awwwwwwww.)

Spencer: No updates this week.

A lot of art this week, most notably Vous êtes aímé , a portrait of Travie and Stitch by Jason Rudolph Pena, which was a gift of (musician) Esthero. (She's also here .) The title translates, loosely, as "You are my love"; she's also previously collaborated with Travie on at least one track for the Lazarus Project. I don't know if she's his ladyfriend or a close friend who is also a lady, but she definitely likes the color pink, and has interesting taste in art. The painting itself contains many symbols; I spotted a film reel, a key, some buttons (like coat buttons), and a big quasi-Illuminati-style eye, and I'm sure there's more.

In addition to that painting, Travie also shared a picture of a Munny figurine that someone had painted to look like the blue person on the front of As Cruel As School Children, discussed working on his own Munny figures, mentioned he was working on a diorama of some kind; and shared some new (and wonderful) photographs of himself taken by Snapkracker.

In musical news, he was was back at the Hit Factory with T. Pain, taking pictures of his shoes and Pain's car in the parkinglot, when not working on an unspecified project indoors; he did also mention he's working on The Lazarus Project, and shared a clip of himself soundchecking with a new song from TLP. Also he noted he finally got to enjoy John Legend, but he didn't say which song or record.

Finally, he wished Disashi a happy birthday, flooded his bathroom due to excessive text messaging, and caught an episode of the Wendy Williams Show werein Bill Billamy was evidently promoting Nuvo Vodka's breast cancer fundraiser. (Nuvo Vodka, if you haven't seen it, is bright pink. It looks terrifying and tastes, basically, of pink. Or maybe bubblegum.)
